Sipho Mlambo -S.MAJOR-

Sipho Mulambo is a boy who grew up in Pretoria raised by a single parent (his mother). He was not born under any extraordinary circumstances or situation. His real difference from others is the amount of faith that he has in himself. He's a young boy but with big dreams and he plans on pushing strong. I can say that he is a person of great faith and he believes that there is really nothing impossible in this world, because if you notice the word it says I'm possible so there is absolutely nothing a person cannot accomplish. Whatever a human mind can imagine, it can be accomplished because the greatest talent of the mind is its ability to imagine.

 He developed the love for writing at a young age which still continues to grow even to this day. Writing is not his only passion though, there are also many things which he enjoys doing which include motivating, graphic designing and inventing. He's a person who does not like to copy others or do what other people do, he always tries to be himself in all circumstances believing in himself and the abilities that he has. He's not in competition with other people but he's competing with himself trying to be better than the person he was yesterday and in that way he grows continuously understanding that becoming a leader of one (himself) is the greatest position he can inquire.

Growing up with the mindset of developing a change in his life kept him going and made him stronger to be able to achieve more in life. "Being raised by a single parent isn’t easy" he says. You fall together and you rise together that's why his mom is his biggest drive in the world. He learnt how to overcome and how to keep on going no matter how bad the situation might be. He now understands that a life without challenges is not worthy to be called a life because your strength or power is never tested therefore it never grows but once you live a life full of obstacles, every time you overcome you remain not the same as before because now you've gained a little bit of insight. He says "life is like the sand sometimes it gets blown away and sometimes it gathers together so knowing that every day you have to face challenges keep you going because you declare every challenge you face as never enough as you begin to understand  the power within you is much greater than any obstacle. He's not a boy who is defined by his background, the circumstances of where he grew up neither is he defined by the challenges he faces but the ability of knowing himself and understand the power, and the talents he has defines who he is.

Sipho Mulambo has done a lot of fascinating things and he is a business minded person. He has been overseas a couple of times. He has been to the United States of America, on a business training trip. As he continues to pursue his passion for business and innovation he wrote this book called, don’t seek motivation. Be The Motivation to inspire other youngsters.

It all started when he began to realize that there’s a hero within him, later when he began to release that hero, people started to recognize him, and a name rose upon the audiences, they started calling him “MAJOR” to which today he’s S.MAJOR.

When he asked one of his close friend, brother and partner-Samuel Ngobeni why they were calling him “MAJOR”. He said that they call him MAJOR because he has Majestic Wisdom and knowledge, to which it can’t even be compared with the knowledge of adults.

He can talk about life as if he has seen the next coming years, advising people on things not known, never head but things which are helpful and can change lives.

Sipho Mulambo is currently writing another book titled-The Pool Of Love. To which he speaks about the fundamental element we all have in our lives, whether we be rich or poor, young or old. We all have Love.

Sipho Mulambo has passion for change, and believes that no change is better than self-driven change than change influenced by external factors.
