Les Brown Says
Why Working Hard Doesn’t Work…
Over the last 10 years, I've been changing the way I approach work significantly. Instead of working HARD,
I've started to work SMART.
I'm sure you've seen the 'Gurus' that tell you that you need to hustle for 20 hours a day if you want to be
successful... But here's why I disagree.
I truly believe anyone can achieve success and greatness in life without having to burn out and struggle,
and I intend to share that message with the world!
Now, 'success' is different for everyone, but the general definition I like to follow goes like this:
#1 - Financial Freedom
#2 - TIME Freedom
#3 - A LEGACY
So to summarize those 3 points?
My view of success is to be able to do what I want, when I want, with who I want AND still leave the world
a better place when I leave.
Perhaps there are other things that you think are more important, but I'm sure we can agree these 3 are the
staples.
But HOW can they be achieved?
Most people think they have to work 20 hours a day to achieve it, and only THEN will they take time off...
... but think about that.
It's backward. Why are they working so hard to generate freedom when they could have freedom from day
one...
... IF they work SMART and NOT HARD!
